The Restore America Plan (T.R.A.P.) Open Forum and Daily Updates

bull-shit-america I have listened to information about the Restore America Plan for months and the information I have received has brought up several points of contention. First, if what they are saying is true why are they so secretive. Sam Kennedy even comes up with reasons for this secrecy, saying that it is to protect people. I guess it is just a coincidence that the very things that he is secretive about are the very things that would verify their outlandish claims. Secondly I am always suspicious when someone says that if you don’t join us you are unAmerican and unpatriotic. This is a kind of verbal and mental bullying, that I will not stand for. Thirdly, they have stated several nonsensical things such as: the military gave them the plan which is papers that they then filed yes I said filed not served as they claim. I ran across these videos of a person that was optimistic about the Restore America Plan but became disenfranchised. As you listen to the video he will point out the inaccuracies as he is transformed from a true believer to someone who is angry and hurt that they have been deceived. I would like you to watch these videos because I do not want you to be hurt or deceived by Tim Turner and Sam Kennedy’s foolishness any longer. Stay Informed!

RAP – PUT UP or SHUT UP
RAP wants people to “follow the Elders”.I do not blindly follow leaders, especially self-appointed leaders.
Based upon the following public statements by RAP “Elders”, a demand for answers to questions is made:
1. “The Republic has been Restored.”
2. “The bonds have been arrested.”
3. “The IRS will be eliminated within 30 days.”
4. “All bank foreclosures will cease within 30 days.”
5. “The military came to us with the plan.”
6. Sam Kennedy: “Jury members have been threatened, to the point of death threats.”
7. Sam Kennedy; “There is a blood oath/covenant”

1. “The Republic has been Restored.”
a. What offices in the “Republic” are currently filled?
b. By whom?
c. By what means were these people placed into office?
d. When are the PEOPLE going to elect officials to the Republic?

2. “The bonds have been arrested.”
a. Prove it. Give the name(s) of the bond companies and the policy numbers upon which the distress of the bonds were made.

3. “The IRS will be eliminated within 30 days.”
a. Under what authority of law was this statement made?
b. The 30 days have passed. Explain in detail why the IRS has not been eliminated.

4. “All bank foreclosures will cease within 30 days.”
a. Under what authority of law was this statement made?
b. The 30 days have passed. Explain in detail why the bank foreclosures continue.

5. “The military came to us with the plan.”
a. Specifically define the word “military”
b. What is the military’s “plan”?
c. Is this a military coup? With a resulting junta?

6. Sam Kennedy: “Jury members have been threatened, to the point of death threats.”
(this has been vetted by independent sources)
a. Under what authority of law were the Grand Jury members threatened?
b. Who threatened the Grand Jury members?

7. Sam Kennedy; “There is a blood oath/covenant”
a. Explain in detail the blood oath/covenant that Mr. Kennedy refers to.

These questions are continuing in their nature.
Additional failures by the “Elders” to respond, with facts and evidence to support answers to the above questions, will be deemed prima facie evidence that RAP and the “Guardians Elders” is a fraud upon the People.

Revolution Without Thoughts

Now as much as it would seem like the cool thing to say is “Down with the government”, or “Death to the traitors”. What are we really going to do? Lets say by some form of luck, that we actually get together and revolt. What are we going to do after? I mean, its a pretty big system that we are going after.

The government is a huge structure that so many people are dependent on, that just a removal of a sector could cause a ripple effect. So lets say we are going to rise up and go after the government, have we ever sat down and thought about how many people we are going to have to get? I mean so many thousands of people are going to have to be replaced that the system wouldn’t work for such a long time. Sadly but the reason our everyday lives are working, is because of the system that is in place. Anarchy would set us back so many, many years. And the size of this country would set it back so much farther. There are 300 million people in this country. What are we going to do then?

Yeah, I understand that we all want to make things better, but how much would it help if we have a revolution. We would have to replace the federal, the state, city. The system is so big, that its a no brainer that the system is corrupt. I mean, the people who we are electing, are doing everything in their power to break the law in a way that makes them immune to the law.

So lets go out with our forks, and torches and burn the system. Oh yeah, that sounds good, but whats next? As bad as our system is, its like an Italian car, compared to other countries who are a Kia. Sad but true. Everyone has an idea as to what to do to get rid of our government, but no one has a plan as to what to do after its gone. Oh and by the way, dont give me that Restore America Crap. That sounds like a communist style government, and I will not go for it. They are secretive now, and they have no power, imagine how bad they will be when they do get some power. So tell me, whats the plan after the government is overthrown? What are we going to do? How are we going to restore order? Cause it takes so many years for a country to have order before a government settles. How are we going to start a money system? How are we going to take care of the elderly? How about the school system? See there are so many questions that need to be answered, that a revolution would set us back so far, that we wouldn’t be called America no more when we get back on our feet.

Our system is so huge that corruption is rampart. And dont get me wrong, its not that im okay with it, its that im not okay with no one caring about it. Politicians could do insider trading, they could steal, they could lie and its like nothing happened. They are not even going to get health insurance under the government’s plan, so what am I fighting for? Well its a losing fight, but the fact that I believe in myself is enough to keep me going, but if no one wants to revolt, and a few do, then what is going to be the outcome. Seriously, as bad as ours is, the outcome could be better, and it wouldn’t take long before the corporations who took over the system take over it again. That is unless the people who revolt stop it from happening prior, but we are humans and the 7 sins are amongst us all.

Rise of the New Right: Typical American Propaganda

Today MSNC, aired their documentary hosted by Chris Matthews and it stinks. Not only is it one sided (Its on the democrat channel, NBC), but it fails to show real information about the tea party grass roots movement. By tomorrow the “Don’t Tread On Me” logo will turn out to be a form of hatred towards the president.

The hit piece is showing angry white people (and twice a short clip of Alan Keyes), showing their distaste of the president. They mention the growing number of militia members, and how they use the “Don’t Tread On Me” flag as their symbol of freedom. Why show them militia in the same segment as the tea party? Because they want the zombified viewers to remember the logo as a sign of violence. With growing numbers of people joining rally’s and implementing the 2nd amendment (something that the media is trying hard to make people think is something illegal), the viewers will be stuck remembering that guns = tea party members.

Another view that is shown early is that the tea party has a deep seeded hatred for the president. Clips after clips of people mad at the president are shown, and all the people that are being shown are white people. The Tea Party though has nothing to do with racism, but a hatred towards to system. A system that has taken everything it can from the people. One that has destroyed the middle class almost entirely. A system that is controlled by both the left and the right.

One spotlight is that the movement was first started by FOX news and its spokes people is nothing more than a lie. They say that the movement was started April 12, 2009 is such a lie that it shouldn’t be aired. Prepare Radio host Jerry Adams, was there in 2008, when the movement was barely a blip on the map, and there were over 100,000 people in that rally (click here for footage). So how is it that FOX News started the movement? They show Sarah Palin one of its leaders. A lady who claims to be an average American, but she is anything but average. She quit her post as a senator (something that is not a quality of a leader), and has published a successful memoirs and has is now a regular on FOX news. Palin is nothing close to being an average American.

Another person who they say is a leading force is Glenn Beck, who again is a spokes person for the republican happy channel. He talks simple, acts cocky, and wants us to believe he is one of us. Hardly. Here is a man who agreed with Micheal Sheuer that the only hope for America is by Bin Laden attacking it again. He is also a hypocrite for accepting a paycheck from a corporation whose majority stock holder is Prince Alaweed, a person who Beck called a terrorist.

The hit piece also discredits the internet movement of Alex Jones, and how he was on the forefront of saying that the government is too big. They say his views are too extreme sort of like those of Limbaugh and Beck. But how could Chris Matthews say that of a channel who is controlled by a company (General Electric) who makes a living creating bombs and dropping them on innocent people.

What the documentary fails to say is how we the people have joined together to create something to attack the system. How we are growing in numbers everyday. How it is not about FOX and its henchmen, but of the people who love this country. People who want out of the war, want to curb the wild spending of this government, people who don’t want government getting into every facet of our lives. We are tired of bailing out the big companies, while the rest of us have to worry about how to get a plate of food. America you need to wake up and join the revolution that is not being televised, but it is being blogged, tweeted, and shown on the information super highway. And to the US government, Don’t Tread On Me

How short minded are the people? Must be very, because the NY Times was running a story saying that Afghanistan has hit the jackpot, and they have tons of minerals underground that could be valued at 1 trillion dollars. Seems exciting but lets dig a bit deeper to this “revelation” that was brought to us by the the trusted “liberal” NY Times.

In 1984, a report was published by the Afghan Geological Survey Department of Soviet uranium mining revealed that uranium mining begun in 1983 in Khawaja Rashwash. All of the production was being sent to the Soviet Union. Not only that, but the Soviets learned that natural non-oil resources were in an abundance. The Afghan government was preparing to develop these resources with the Soviets in the mid-1980s. How is this possible? Didn’t this administration make a revelation to the world? How could the NY Times be wrong about this?

This is just a publicity stunt by the government to justify the war. The very same war that was promised to be over six months into his administration (He is 24 months late, but whose counting?). We were told this tall tale to make us happy for the corrupt government that is over there, and to also forget that the brother of the president is the biggest opium dealer around, who by the way was given to green light to do as he pleases by the CIA (who in turn is the biggest drug dealers in the planet. Its why they get to do as they please without ever answering to congress. They don’t get funds from us, they get it with the same drugs we, the USA, have vowed to eliminate).

The NY Times discuss how investors are excited of the potential of this discovery but there questions surrounding this? First being, Afghanistan has no mining infrastructure. Its going to take years for scientists and engineers to come into the country and make up plans as to how to get to these minerals. Second being, the transportation of these minerals to the sea ports and beyond. The terrain is hellish to say the least. The amount of time its going to take to build the tracks is years upon years.  Third, the government corruption is going to make the excavation a nightmare. Fourth, who is going to provide the security? Karzai has said that the NATO forces cannot defeat the Taliban, and the Afghan government is not going to defeat the Taliban, so who will?

Last, and the most important question, who is going to pay for this? Well the answer to that last question is easy. Ill give you a hint, its the country whose government doesn’t mind its own business.

The term “McDonaldization” brings forth nostalgic images of golden arches and childhood memories of happy clowns beckoning you with the pungent smell of potato sticks fried in animal byproducts. In actuality “McDonaldization” is a sociological term coined by sociologist George Ritzer and made famous by his book, The McDonaldization of Society. According to sociologist George Ritzer, McDonaldization is the process of rationalization taken to extreme levels (3). This hyper sociological process began with Henry Ford’s assembly line and is now epitomized by the business practices of the McDonalds Corporation. In order to understand the greater sociological implications that McDonaldization is having on our global society we must examine its different facets with the sociological paradigms of, structural functionalism, social conflict theory, and symbolic interaction theory.

First of all, students of structural functionalism would be interested in how the different units of McDonaldization would interact with each other and in relation to the greater society to create equilibrium (Ballantine, Roberts 52). According to social scientist George Ritzer McDonaldization is a form of “rationalization”. “Rationalization” according to scientists Ballantine and Roberts is “the attempt to reach maximum efficiency” (146). As relating to McDonalds, the process of burger searing and fry frying is broken down into simple logical parts. These processes are measured for exact consistency (Ritzer 10). It has been said that this business model promotes the use of unskilled workers who perform medial tasks at low wages and are easily replaced. This business model has also been accused of the propagation of tasteless food which is highly unhealthy to customers who are addicted to the smörgåsbord of high fat and high-fructose corn syrup content.

On the other, hand now that we have extrapolated possible structural functionalist views of McDonaldization from the business model of McDonald’s, we should consider the theorem of the social conflict theorist. The conflict theory is comprised of three central ideas. There is an eminent conflict waiting to happen in any social relationship. Societal change to spread social equality is very advantageous. The contemporary social hierarchy is comprised of ruling elite who impose their beliefs and values on members of the lower classes (Ballantine, Roberts 54). Since its first inception McDonaldization has become a global business phenomenon. Many refer to this occurrence as globalization or simply as, “the way the West does business” (Lorenzen 9).

Never the less the very act of implementing an alien business model into a foreign market would change the way the foreign market naturally operates. Therefore, it could be said the very culture of foreign countries, foreign governments, and foreign religions are at odds with McDonaldization (Ritzer 3). For instance many pre-globalized family activities would center on meals, which would bring the family closer while tradition and values were handed down. Now adolescents do not have to depend on their families for food; they are empowered by fast western food to become a more “rationalized” member of the global society. On the other hand many have argued that the McDonaldization of foreign markets have no negative impact, they have simply created more choices for the consumers.

Thirdly, as we have examined possible views that are made manifest by the conflict theory we need to examine how McDonaldization would influence the “symbolic interaction” of the countries it influences. “Symbolic interaction” is the way two individuals interact on the basis of shared symbols and meanings (Ballantine, Roberts 58). McDonalds the world’s greatest seller of preprocessed cow flesh is a proud member of the Indian economy where the very same ignoble beast is considered a sacred object of worship. According to Janet Lorenzen a social scientist from Rutgers University, Ole McDonald solves his social dilemma by selling mutton burgers and veggie nuggets, to a sometimes perplexed Indian populous (10). The cow is a sacred object of the American diet (it’s what’s for dinner) and a religious object to the people of India. McDonalds solves this problem by referring to its religion of making money; thus it changes its menu. However, according to social scientist Yilmaz Elmer McDonaldization in the form of increased electronic technology is having a positive global impact. More technical companies (who have swelled by using McDonaldization) are selling their communication products around the world and people are becoming less lonely (184). This would inevitably increase symbolic interaction.

In conclusion the subject of McDonaldization and its impact on global society requires a more in-depth investigation. It is clear that the McDonaldization of corporations that have in turn spread their green tentacles into the global consciousness has indeed affected society. In current events The Global Financial Crisis of 2007 and the effects of the global recession are symptoms of an intertwined global economy. It has also become apparent that there are global campaigns such as global warming that have not only been brought on by McDonaldization but use the very same public relations company as McDonalds. The question remains do the pros of McDonaldization outweigh the cons of an altered global society. That answer will undoubtedly require further investigation, yet the future of humanity hangs in the balance waiting for the answer. I pray that we find the answer soon, however; there is not a major society that has ever existed that has not fallen, and hindsight is always twenty-twenty. History will have the correct answer even if right now we do not.

Here we are in a world where information is a dangerous  king. As noticed by yesterdays attack by Israel; we need to understand that Israel is taking things farther than is acceptable. To attack a ship that is sailing in international waters with aid to another country is just plain wrong. Disgusting is the fact that our government would condemn the actions of the people who were being attacked, and act as if their actions of defending themselves was wrong.

So what are the people supposed to do? Are they to just surrender to an enemy who is going to hijack their ship? No, people have the right to defend themselves from heinous actions. If this was to happen the other way around then it would be the biggest crime ever committed because it happened to the poor Jews. Oh my lord as always they are the victims, even when they are the criminals. It’s like a rapist saying that she deserved what happened to her because of the clothing she was wearing. When will people of this country realize that the criminal regimes are the ones being protected by us.

We send Israel tons of money every year even though they have a SHIT load of weapons of mass destruction. They complain and complain of Iran having the capability of creating 2 nuclear weapons when they unofficially have at least 80 weapons. Oh you don’t believe me, just look for Senator Bryon Dorgan on CSPAN2, he has a list of countries and the amount if nuclear weapons they own, and there is Israel with 80.

So if we keep on treating Israel like the punk little brother that they are, eventually someone is going to knock out both the little brother and the big brother. And that is an ugly truth.

I have been watching the TED Talks “Ideas worth spreading” (more like farts worth passing) propaganda for a few weeks now.  I have noticed all the speakers spreading their globalist agendas in every talk.  You have to watch all the way through to the IBM commercial that promotes carbon credits at the end of every speech.  IBM, the company that brought the Nazis the Holocaust Jewish numbering system.

I held my peace until I watched Micheal Specter give his speech against what he calls “science deniers” and how they are endangering the world.  I could bust many holes in his little talk, and I will defiantly post more about it; however for right now I will let you know that he is flat out lying.

There is documented proof that certain immunizations are bad, and have been proven harmful by the very companies that peddle them.  I have both seen and have these documents in my possession.  I have also viewed documentation to the same effect when I worked in a pediatric immunization clinic (for active duty dependents) when I served in the Navy. There was actually a study that  monitored the effect  the mercury in the injections was having on the infants.

Vitamins really do work, and one of the leading treatments given to patients with HIV is high doses of vitamin “C”.  This is fact!  I do not care how mad Michael Specter has become because he perceives your freedoms as a tragedy.  We will continue to fight this Oligarchical campaign of disinformation, and we encourage you to also.  For now I am convinced that if we were not effective, their would be no TED Talks; because as you can see some people are upset because we know they are full of shit.

Subject: Silver today

Dear Mr. Ramirez:

I thought you might be interested in looking into the silver trading today. It was a good example of how a single seller, when they hold such a concentrated position in the very small silver market, can instigate a selloff at will.

These events trade to a regular pattern and we see orchestrated selling occur 100% of the time at options expiry, contract rollover, non-farm payrolls (no matter if the news is bullish or bearish), and in a lesser way at the daily silver fix. I have attached a small presentation to illustrate some of these events. I have included gold, as the same traders to a lesser extent hold a controlling position there too.

Please ignore the last few slides as they were part of a training session I was holding for new traders.

I brought to your attention during our meeting how we traders look for the “signals” they (JPMorgan) send just prior to a big move. I saw the first signals early in Asia in thin volume. As traders we profited from this information but that is not the point as I do not like to operate in a rigged market and what is in reality a crime in progress.

As an example, if you look at the trades just before the pit open today you will see around 1,500 contracts sell all at once where the bids were tiny by comparison in the fives and tens. This has the immediate effect of gaining $2,500 per contract on the short positions against the long holders, who lost that in moments and likely were stopped out. Perhaps look for yourselves into who was behind the trades at that time and note that within that 10-minute period 2,800 contracts hit all the bids to overcome them. This is hardly how a normal trader gets the best price when selling a commodity. Note silver instigated a rapid move lower in both precious metals.

This kind of trading can occur only when a market is being controlled by a single trading entity.

I have a lot of captured data illustrating just about every price takedown since JPMorgan took over the Bear Stearns short silver position.

I am sure you are in a better position to look into the exact details.

It is my wish just to bring more information to your attention to assist you in putting a stop to this criminal activity.

Kind regards,

Andrew Maguire

Dear Mr. Ramirez,

Thanks for your response.

Thought it may be helpful to your investigation if I gave you the heads up for a manipulative event signaled for Friday, 5th Feb. The non-farm payrolls number will be announced at 8.30 ET. There will be one of two scenarios occurring, and both will result in silver (and gold) being taken down with a wave of short selling designed to take out obvious support levels and trip stops below. While I will no doubt be able to profit from this upcoming trade, it is an example of just how easy it is to manipulate a market if a concentrated position is allowed by a very small group of traders.

I sent you a slide of a couple of past examples of just how this will play out.

Scenario 1. The news is bad (employment is worse). This will have a bullish effect on gold and silver as the U.S. dollar weakens and the precious metals draw bids, spiking them higher. This will be sold into within a very short time (1-5 mins) with thousands of new short contracts being added, overcoming any new bids and spiking the precious metals down hard, targeting key technical support levels.

Scenario 2. The news is good (employment is better than expected). This will result in a massive short position being instigated almost immediately with no move up. This will not initially be liquidation of long positions but will result in stops being triggered, again targeting key support levels.

Both scenarios will spell an attempt by the two main short holders to illegally drive the market down and reap very large profits. Locals such as myself will be “invited” on board, which will further add downward pressure.

The question I would expect you might ask is: Who is behind the sudden selling and is it the entity/entities holding a concentrated position? How is it possible for me to know what will occur days before it will happen?

Only if a market is manipulated could this possibly occur.

I would ask you watch the “market depth” live as this event occurs and tag who instigates the move. This would surly help you to pose questions to the parties involved.

This kind of “not-for-profit selling” will end badly and risks the integrity of the COMEX and OTC markets.

I am aware that physical buyers in large size are awaiting this event to scoop up as much “discounted” gold and silver as possible. These are sophisticated entities, mainly foreign, who know how to play the short sellers and turn this paper gold into real delivered physical.

Given that the OTC market (where a lot of the selling occurs) runs on a fractional reserve basis and is not backed up by 1-1 physical gold, this leveraged short selling, where ownership of each ounce of gold has multi claims, poses a very large risk.

I leave this with you, but if you need anything from me that might help you in your investigation I would be pleased to help.

Kind regards,

Andrew T. Maguire

If you get this in a timely manner, with silver at 15.330 post data, I would suggest you look at who is adding short contracts in the silver contract while gold still rises after NFP data. It is undoubtedly the concentrated short who has “walked silver down” since Wednesday, putting large blocks in the way of bids. This is clear manipulation as the long holders who have been liquidated are matched by new short selling as open interest is rising during the decline.

There should be no reason for this to be occurring other than controlling silver’s rise. There is an intent to drive silver through the 15 level stops before buying them back after flushing out the long holders.

Regards,

Andrew

A final e-mail to confirm that the silver manipulation was a great success and played out EXACTLY to plan as predicted yesterday. How would this be possible if the silver market was not in the full control of the parties we discussed in our phone interview? I have honored my commitment not to publicize our discussions.

I hope you took note of how and who added the short sales (I certainly have a copy) and I am certain you will find it is the same concentrated shorts who have been in full control since JPM took over the Bear Stearns position.

It is common knowledge here in London among the metals traders that it is JPM’s intent to flush out and cover as many shorts as possible prior to any discussion in March about position limits. I feel sorry for all those not in this loop. A serious amount of money was made and lost today and in my opinion as a result of the CFTC’s allowing by your own definition an illegal concentrated and manipulative position to continue.

Bart, you made reference to it at the energy meeting. Even if the level is in dispute, what is not disputed is that it exists.

Surely some discussions should have taken place between the parties by now. Obviously they feel they can act with impunity.

If I can compile the data, then the CFTC should be able to too.

I would think this is an embarrassment to you as regulators.

Hoping to get your acknowledgement.

Just logging off here in London. Final note.

Now that gold is undergoing short covering, please look at market depth right now in silver and evidence the large selling blocks in a thin market being put in the way of silver regaining the technical 15 level, which would cause a short covering rally and new longs being instigated. This is resulting in the gold-silver ratio being stretched to ridiculous levels.

I hope this day has given you an example of how silver is “managed” and gives you something more to work with.

If this was long manipulation in, say, the energy market, the shoe would be on the other foot, I suspect.

Have a good weekend.

Dear Mr. Ramirez,

I hadn’t received any acknowledgement from you regarding the series of e-mails sent by me last week warning you of the planned market manipulation that would occur in silver and gold a full two days prior to the non-farm payrolls data release.

My objective was to give you something in advance to watch, log, and follow up in your market manipulation investigation.

You will note that the huge footprints left by the two concentrated large shorts were obvious and easily identifiable. You have the data.

The signals I identified ahead of the intended short selling event were clear.

The “live” action I sent you 41 minutes after the trigger event predicting the next imminent move also played out within minutes and exactly as I outlined.

Surely you must at least be somewhat mystified that a market move could be forecast with such accuracy if it was free trading.

All you have to do is identify the large seller and if it is the concentrated short shown in the bank participation report, bring them to task for market manipulation.

I have honored my commitment to assist you and keep any information we discuss private, however if you are going to ignore my information I will deem that commitment to have expired.

All I ask is that you acknowledge receipt of my information. The rest I leave in your good hands.

Respectfully yours,

Nancy Schaefer is dead. Nothing new, but its the way in which she died that has me asking a question. It is claimed her death was because of a suicide pact made between her husband and her. Now I am not going to speculate anything, but there form of death is very troubling. See when people kill themselves, they don’t want to feel any pain. If anyone thinks that I am wrong please let me know, but why is it that her husband shot her in the back? That is not a fast way to kill someone no matter the age limit, and it probably hurt like hell too. Even more questionable is the form to which the husband shot himself. I have never heard of anyone wanting to kill themselves by pointing a gun to their chest. Period, its not the way the someone would want to kill themselves because there’s a chance that he/she would survive the wound that was self inflicted. I believe and this is only theory because to me the most extreme theory is way better than the story that is given to us, is that she and her husband were killed. Probably by the government because they didn’t want her to continue talking about Child Protective Service and how the agency is tied to child prostitution. Now the last part is just my own theory, but I want you to look at the story and think long and hard about what was said, because it just doesn’t make any sense to me.
